Victoria Roe is an artist manager and principal at Ekonomisk Mgmt. Focused on her clients' long-term goals, she values artist development, creative marketing and is devoted to artist advocacy, pushing boundaries, growing audiences, and helping artists carve their own path. Her client roster includes Andrew Bird, Tift Merritt, John Splithoff, Evann McIntosh and SUSS. She joined Ekonomisk Mgmt in 2010 and takes pride that in over 25 years of business, Ekonomisk has remained women owned and independently operated.

In the fall of 2024, Victoria co-produced CAROLINADAZE, a first-of-its-kind nonprofit music + arts festival with the mission to galvanize & educate young voters. The inaugural festival in Raleigh (Sep ‘24) featured Janelle Monae, Tierra Whack, and Moses Sumney and raised over $150,000 for organizations working to protect abortion access and civil liberties in NC.

Alongside longtime client, Tift Merritt, she executive produced the latest installment of Noise for Now’s abortion access compilation, ‘Songs for Sex,’ out October 2024. Featuring contributions from Jason Isbell, Andrew Bird, Thao, Trousdale, Cake, My Brightest Diamond + more, the album’s proceeds support The National Women’s Health Network.

Her favorite food is a hot dog.
