After working in white collar criminal defense, Seth began his legal career in the music industry at MediaNet, an advanced music distribution and rights platform purpose-built by two of the major record labels to get music services to market quickly. There he partnered with labels, publishers and PROs to launch over 100 music services for companies like Google, Beats Music, Microsoft, Samsung, Tesla and Snapchat. Next, he served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for Dataclef, a commercial venture of SOCAN, the Canadian PRO.
