Pam Garber
Founder, Artist Manager, Feels Real Artist Management
An artist manager for 13 years, Pam started Feels Real Artist Management in early 2021 based in New York, navigating the ever-changing needs for artists in a post-pandemic industry. She began working closely with artists at Leg Up Management, heading up East Coast operations across all the roster’s diverse artists for nine years.
Pam has managed artists at all career stages, from early development to Grammy-nominations, both signed and self-released artists. She has worked with a variety of partners such as Criterion Collection, Gucci, Coach, Synth History, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Alaska Alaska in collaboration with artists on both live performance and marketing drivers.
Prior to management, Pam started her career in various aspects of live/touring: production assistant for All Tomorrow’s Parties; booking and marketing assistant at The Knitting Factory’s former Tribeca location; and a case manager with Tamizdat Inc. She has been featured as a Mentor for Grammy Foundation x City of NYC Day of Mentorship for high schoolers, and loves being outside as much as possible.

As music continues to grow globally, artists and labels have had to adapt quickly to stay relevant, to connect with their fans and enhance their immersive music experience. This panel will look at current trends in the changing listening habits of fans and the impact this has on the music industry. It will explore the future of artist-fan relationships, the “attention economy,” monetization of fandom over consumption and the importance of short-form videos in artist discovery.
