Lori Cromwell-Charron has carved out a niche for herself in that perfect space where music and video games intersect. As Manager, Music Licensing at Electronic Arts (EA), Lori oversees in-game music licensing for EA Sports titles like Madden NFL 24, F1 23, Need For Speed: Unbound, UFC 5 and EA Sports FC Mobile as well as the music used in trailers and worldwide marketing campaigns for these franchises. Prior to EA, Lori licensed music at Ubisoft (The Crew, Watch Dogs, Just Dance Now) and negotiated music rights for marketing initiatives promoting Assassin’s Creed Origins, STEEP and Far Cry 5. In addition to video games, Lori has worked in fundraising and development at the Lyon National Opera in Lyon, France, and served as Manager, Music Licensing at VP Records where she secured placements for the label’s rich catalog in socially impactful projects like Small Axe.
