Chuck Steedman

President & CEO, LiveCo

Chuck Steedman is the President and CEO of LiveCo, a private-equity-backed live entertainment company, headquartered in Nashville, TN. Chuck assumed the helm at LiveCo in April 2024, bringing 40 years of diverse live entertainment, venue, sports management and real estate development experience, most recently serving as a Principal in a sports-focused private equity fund.

Prior to private equity, Chuck served as the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development for ASM Global, the world’s largest live event company from October 2019-July 2022, overseeing global strategic planning, business development and M&A activity. Chuck joined AEG Facilities in 2008, ultimately serving as Chief Operating & Development Officer, March 2014-October 2019, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations of stadia, arenas, and convention centers around the globe. Chuck’s background also includes stints with New England Sports Ventures and Fenway Sports Group, parent company of the Boston Red Sox, the ski resort industry, media and college athletics.

Over the course of his career, Steedman has overseen numerous booking and content deals, directly overseen major touring content, negotiated major sponsorship deals including naming rights agreements, managed global strategic planning exercises, negotiated pro sports team tenant agreements, presided over successful union/labor negotiations, major vendor, and service contracts, and engaged in governmental relations at the local, state, and federal levels.

Steedman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst), an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte, NC, and a continuing education certificate from MIT in data aggregation and analytics.
