Previously, Chelsea was the lead digital counsel at Penguin Random House, where she advised teams across the company in technology, data privacy and security, marketing, advertising, and intellectual property matters. She started her career at Proskauer Rose LLP as a corporate associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group and the Privacy & Cybersecurity Group.
