A single ticket for your Mondo badge costs $99–$698 depending on how early you make your purchase. Mondo tickets are either available for the entire four-day event or you may purchase tickets for individual day or days. Students receive a 50% discount with proof of status.
The 50% discount is offered for all current registered part‑ or full‑time students. Proof of current student enrollment status at an accredited academic institution including North American two-year and four-year colleges and universities (undergraduate and graduate programs) and vocational schools is required to pick up your discounted badge, so remember to bring your student ID with you!

Yes, Mondo offers walkup tickets should you decide to attend at the last minute. Student discounts are also available for walkup tickets upon presentation of proof of enrollment. Day-of-event tickets are typically priced higher than pre-registration tickets.
Yes, a mobile or printed ticket is required to obtain Mondo.NYC event credentials. Additionally, proof of current status as a student is required to pick up student credentials.
Mondo badges can be picked up at Mondo’s Williamsburg HQ beginning Tuesday, October 13, 2020 @ 4pm-7pm, on Wednesday and Thursday October 14-15 from 8am-6pm, and on Friday October 16 from 7am-4pm.
Yes, your badge gains you access to both the conference business events and festival music showcases. However, please note that showcase venue capacity is limited, and admittance is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Some nighttime events have age/door policies; please see notes on individual event pages and their respective venue websites.
Access to daytime conference events is open to all ages. Entrance to nighttime events is subject to specific venue age restrictions and door policies. Please see notes on individual event pages and their respective venue websites.
Yes, Mondo is offering discount accommodations to attendees. Advance reservations may be booked beginning in spring 2020, with the lowest rates available through August 1, 2020. Check back here for more information and reservations.

Tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request received no later than September 29, 2020. Single day tickets may be changed to an alternate day no later than October 5, 2020.

Event tickets may also be referred to as “Badges” or “Credentials.” Ticket purchaser shall be referred to as “You” or “Registrant.” Mondo.NYC may also be referred to as “Event” or “Mondo.” TICKETS ARE TRANSFERABLE UPON RECEIPT OF WRITTEN REQUEST TO TICKETS@MONDO.NYC NO LATER THAN September 29, 2020. REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Badges must be worn at all times during all Mondo Events, including all conference activities and music showcases. Entrance to all events is subject to specific venue restrictions and front door policies. Venue capacity is limited; admittance is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Proof of 21 years of age is required at all venues unless otherwise noted. Mondo barcode on mobile or paper ticket allows one entry per scan. Mondo reserves the right to revoke Badges and/or Credentials, without refund, and expel a Registrant for non‑compliance with these terms or if Registrant’s actions are deemed unacceptable or improper. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography of any images of Event without pre‑approved credentials is strictly prohibited. By attending a Mondo.NYC Event, Registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped and grant permission to Mondo to capture a Registrant’s image, likeness, actions or statements without any claims to monetary compensation. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced Badge(s), Badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the Registrant. BADGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED. A full Badge fee will be charged to purchase a duplicate Badge. Mondo.NYC 2020, the Parallax Agency LLC (or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives) shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the Registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur on or off the Event premises before, during and after Event. Purchase and/or use of a Mondo ticket acknowledges Registrant’s agreement to release Mondo.NYC 2020 and the Parallax Agency LLC (or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives) from any related claims. You consent to search on entry to Event and waive related claims. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void.
