The 11th Annual Mondo business conference and showcase returns to New York October 13-16, 2026, including panels, networking opportunities, and live artist showcases. The Mondo 2026 conference HQ returns to the Arlo Williamsburg Hotel on the North Brooklyn waterfront and live showcase performances at other New York City venues. Access to select virtual showcase content will also be available as a stream on YouTube.

Mondo is an indoor gathering with multiple participants. By attending and participating in our conference and/or showcase music festival, you acknowledge that your chances of exposure to the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses may increase and that you acknowledge and accept full responsibility accordingly. Mondo encourages its attendees to consider this risk and to take preventative measures pursuant to your own risk factors, vulnerabilities and comfort levels relating to your health and safety.

Yes, Mondo tickets can be purchased the day of event either online or onsite at The Arlo Williamsburg Hotel should you decide to attend at the last minute. However, day-of-event tickets may be priced higher than advance purchase registration.

*Please note that certain portions of the conference, such as one-on-one meetings, are reserved on a first come first served basis, and may not be available to attendees purchasing tickets on or close to day of event.

For live events, you will need to present physical or mobile tickets/barcodes for entry to the Arlo Williamsburg Hotel and access to all events.

YES! Your badge gains you access to all general conference business events and festival music showcases. However, please note certain Mondo events, such as one-on-one meetings, are reserved on a first-come first-served basis with limited capacity.

Entrance to nighttime artist showcases is subject to specific venue capacity, age restrictions and door policies. Please see notes on individual event pages and respective venue websites.

Yes, tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request no later than September 29, 2026. Additionally, single day or two-day tickets may be changed to an alternate day no later than September 29, 2026.

There are no refunds permitted.

The Mondo.NYC 2026 music showcase festival will be held live at New York City independent venues as well as virtually via Mondo's YouTube channel. Artists can submit their applications for consideration to be live, virtual or both. Mondo 2026 apply to play submissions are now closed.

The Mondo.NYC website and social media pages will be updated with showcase news and announcements accordingly.

Yes! In addition to hosting in-person showcases in NYC, Mondo will host online pre-produced showcases from artists around the world from multiple music genres. All Mondo online showcase performances will be available to industry and fans alike, through exclusive links for FREE. In order to attend Mondo 2026 live music showcases you will either need to either purchase a Mondo badge or an individual ticket to a specific show at a participating Mondo venue affiliate. Mondo 2026 online showcases will be available to the general public via our YouTube channel and other outlets at no charge. Make sure you join our mailing list to stay up to date with artist and lineup info!

Mondo online showcases will be streamed via Mondo's YouTube channel. Details on start times, line-ups and additional streaming sources will be announced on the Mondo.NYC site in October.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Mondo.NYC 2026 is a business conference and showcase music festival held live in-person in New York City October 13-16, 2026, with select showcase portions streamed remotely (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). A ticket is required for each person to attend the Event. Event tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) may also be referred to as “Badges” or “Credentials.” Ticket holder shall be referred to as “You” or “Registrant.” Mondo.NYC may also be referred to as “Mondo.” The conference portions of the Event are presented live only and are not available remotely.

Your use of Event Credentials acknowledges that you have reviewed and accept these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, please DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT.

REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Only Tickets obtained through official Event sites or Event affiliates shall be valid and approved for entry to Event. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and as such are void. Tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request to tickets@mondo.nyc no later than September 29, 2026. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced Badge(s), Badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the Registrant. BADGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. A full Badge fee will be charged to obtain a duplicate Badge.

Mondo urges all its attendees to consider this risk and to take preventative measures pursuant to your own risk factors, vulnerabilities and comfort levels relating to your health and safety.

Mondo, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute any or all Event-related activities that may previously have been announced as live in-person events with Event-related activities viewable solely online via a content-specific URL on an interactive platform such as Zoom due to conditions relating to COVID-19 or other events of a similar nature or magnitude.

By purchasing, accepting or utilizing Event Credentials you are authorizing Mondo to communicate with you, via your submitted email, information regarding the Event or future editions of the Event, its participants, partners and/or sponsors. You may unsubscribe to all such communications at any time. Mondo shall not sell or otherwise distribute your email address or other submitted information to third parties

Mondo.NYC 2026, the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the Registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur pursuant to Registrant’s attendance of the Event. Purchase and/or use of a Mondo Ticket acknowledges Registrant’s agreement to release Mondo.NYC 2026 and the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims including but not limited to those that may be related to the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses or other events of a similar nature or magnitude. Mondo reserves the right to revoke Badges and/or Credentials, without refund, and expel a Registrant for non-compliance with these terms or if Registrant’s actions are deemed unacceptable or improper. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography of any images of Event without pre-approved authorization in writing from Mondo is strictly prohibited. By attending a Mondo.NYC Event, Registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped and grant permission to Mondo to capture a Registrant’s image, likeness, audio, actions or statements without any claims to monetary compensation. Entrance to live, in-person events occurring during Mondo are subject to specific venue restrictions and front door policies. Venue capacity may be limited; admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of 21 years of age is required at all venues unless otherwise noted.

Mondo reserves the right to limit entrance to live, in-person events during the Event pursuant current conditions regarding the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses or other events of a similar nature or magnitude. Mondo, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to take whatever other actions it deems necessary to protect the health and safety of its attendees, staff and affiliates.
