Sonja is currently a Lead Counsel based in Pandora�s Oakland office. She advises and handles deals for various teams at Pandora, including Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Development, Artist & Industry Relations, Events, and Podcasts/Emerging Content. She also serves on the steering committee for Mixtape, Pandora�s employee resource group for underrepresented communities. Prior to Pandora, she previously held in-house counsel positions in music merchandising at Live Nation Merchandise and in television production at Fox Television Studios. Sonja is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, and she received her B.A. in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in Entertainment Media Law and Policy. In addition to her professional pursuits and commitment to promoting diversity & inclusion at Pandora and within the legal profession, she enjoys music and live performances, travel, international cuisines, yoga, and wellness trends.
