Cestjon is co-founder and General Counsel/Head of Business Affairs for SyncFloor, an online marketplace where buyers can search for and license commercial music for use in advertisements, film, TV, video games and more. Prior to SyncFloor, Cestjon spent 18 years in private practice at Preston Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates), where she was a founding member of the firm�s technology and intellectual property practice group and served as practice group chair, followed by 13 years as a solo practitioner. Cestjon has counseled clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, representing fortune 100 technology companies as well as individual inventors, authors and artists. SyncFloor was born out of her work with a Seattle-based indie music label. Cestjon received her JD from UCLA Law School and a BS in Applied Earth Sciences from Stanford University.
