Mondo is New York's Annual Music, Arts & Technology Business Conference & Showcase Festival 

 

Celebrating its ninth anniversary, Mondo.NYC brings together its global community of music, arts and tech industry insiders and innovators, emerging artists and their fans.

Mondo returns to New York October 15-18, 2024, including panels, networking opportunities, and live artist showcases. Conference HQ is the incredible Arlo Williamsburg Hotel on the North Brooklyn waterfront and live showcase performances at independent club venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Select showcase programming will also be available virtually via Mondo's YouTube channel.

Content Format: Panels, workshops and networking sessions shed light on the current state of all facets of artist and songwriter career development and technology's impact on it. Live music performances showcase breakthrough artists from around the world. Highlights include:

Please note that all Mondo.NYC 2024 events are subject to change without notice.

Your use of Event Credentials acknowledges that you have reviewed and accept these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, please do not purchase tickets to the Event and DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT.

• Our COVID-19 Policy: All Mondo in-person events will strictly comply with or exceed New York City, New York State and US federal guidelines. Accordingly, at this time Mondo does not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. However, with the health and safety of its participants in mind, Mondo reserves the right to revise its COVID-related rules and regulations at any time without notice pursuant to current conditions.

• Mondo is an indoor gathering with multiple participants. By attending and participating in our conference and/or showcase music festival, you acknowledge that your chances of exposure to the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses may increase and that you acknowledge and accept full responsibility accordingly. Mondo strongly urges its attendees to take all measures that may reduce the likelihood that you may contract COVID-19 or other illnesses, including but not limited to inoculation with vaccine(s) and booster(s), wearing a face covering, and practicing social distancing. Mondo urges all its attendees to consider this risk and to take preventative measures pursuant to your own risk factors, vulnerabilities and comfort levels relating to your health and safety.

• Mondo.NYC 2024 is a business conference and showcase music festival, hosted, COVID-19 or other conditions permitting, live in person in New York City with select showcase portions presented virtually either pre-recorded or as livestreams on October 15-18, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). A ticket is required for each person to attend the Event. Event tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) may also be referred to as “Badges” or “Credentials.” Ticket holder shall be referred to as “You” or “Registrant.” Mondo.NYC may also be referred to as “Mondo.”

 

• REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Only Tickets obtained through official Event sites or Event affiliates shall be valid and approved for entry to Event. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and as such are void. Tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request to tickets@mondo.nyc no later than October 1, 2024. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced Badge(s), Badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the Registrant. BADGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

• A full Badge fee will be charged to obtain a duplicate Badge.

​​

• At any time prior to or during the Event, Mondo reserves the right to substitute any or all Event-related activities that may previously have been announced as live, in-person events with Event-related activities viewable solely online via a content-specific URL on an interactive platform such as Zoom.

​

• By purchasing, accepting or utilizing Event Credentials you are authorizing Mondo to communicate with you, via your submitted email, information regarding the Event or future editions of the Event, its participants, partners and/or sponsors. You may unsubscribe to all such communications at any time. Mondo shall not sell or otherwise distribute your email address or other submitted information to third parties.

• Mondo.NYC 2024, the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the Registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur pursuant to Registrant’s attendance of the Event including but not limited to the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses. Purchase and/or use of a Mondo Ticket acknowledges Registrant’s agreement to release Mondo.NYC 2024 and the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives from any related claims. At any time during the Event, Mondo reserves the right to revoke Badges and/or Credentials, without refund, and expel a Registrant for non-compliance with these terms or if Registrant’s actions are deemed unsafe, unacceptable or improper. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography of any images of Event without pre-approved authorization in writing from Mondo is strictly prohibited. By attending a Mondo.NYC Event, Registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped and grant permission to Mondo to capture a Registrant’s image, likeness, audio, actions or statements without any claims to monetary compensation. Entrance to live, in-person events occurring during Mondo is subject to specific venue restrictions and front door policies. Venue capacity may be limited; admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of 21 years of age is required at all venues unless otherwise noted.
